Pearson VUE will undertake a data center migration between Friday, January 31, 2025, at 3:00 pm Atlantic Standard Time (AST) and Sunday, February 3, 2025, at 11:00 am AST. Several systems and functions will be unavailable during this period, including:
- Candidate registration, scheduling, or cancellations of appointments
- Exam deliveries
- Results reporting
- Authorization to Test (ATT) notifications
- Candidate email communications from the NCLEX admin website
- Access to the NCLEX admin website
- Limited call center support since agents will be unable to access registration and the NCLEX admin website
To prepare for this migration, NSCN will pause making candidates eligible to write the NCLEX-RN at the end of day Thursday January 30. We will resume granting eligibility on Tuesday, February 4.
