Our Transition to Practice support tools are available to help support new Canadian and international nurses who are new-to Nova Scotia in their transition to practice nursing in Nova Scotia. The tools will also provide guidance for employers, preceptors, mentors and managers who are hiring and working with new nurses who are transitioning to practice in Nova Scotia.
