We are monitoring the status of proposed new MAiD legislation. The proposed amendments to this legislation will not become law until they have gone through the legislative process in Parliament and receive Royal Assent. We will update the MAiD practice support tools for nurses as this happens. Our Medical Assistance in Dying practice support tools are up to date and reflect current legislation.
