September 30 marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. The NSCN Board and staff will be taking this day to recognize the legacy of trauma and those impacted by the residential school system. We will continue to listen to and learn from individuals, advocates and community leaders as we continue on the journey towards truth and reconciliation. Please join us in finding ways to participate in the reconciliation process with open minds and hearts. Learn more about National Day for Truth and Reconciliation here and read the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada: Calls to Action here.
The NSCN office will be closed on October 2, in lieu of this day, and will re-open on Tuesday, October 3.
