Important Licence Renewal Information
The licence renewal period for the 2023-2024 year opens on August 2nd! To be eligible to practice on November 1, 2023, you must renew your licence before the renewal period closes on October 31, 2023.
In January, NSCN implemented a new regulatory information system that includes an easy-to-use registrant portal. Your annual licensure renewal will be completed via the portal here. Please see below for more helpful information on NSCN's new registrant portal.
Important Dates to Remember In 2023
August 2: First day to renew your licence.
September 6: Deadline to renew if you are on payroll deduction with your employer.
October 11: Deadline to be entered into the licence renewal contest.
October 31: Deadline to renew your licence.
November 1: First day of the new licensure period. All nurses must have a 2023-2024 licence in order to work as a nurse.
