Save the date on May 13, 2024 for NSCN's Supporting Professional Practice in Nursing Workshop!
Based on our analysis of practice consultation in both 2022 and 2023 and a needs assessment conducted in October 2023, NSCN will be hosting a workshop for Managers (both nurse and non-nurses), Clinical Nurse Educators, Professional Practice Leads and others in leadership roles to support them in leading nurses in practice.
Topics at the workshop will include:
- Everyday Leadership
- Transition to Practice
- Optimization of Scope - Three-Factor Framework
