Continuing Competence Program Module Launched in NSCN Registrant Portal
NSCN has launched the Continuing Competence Program (CCP) module on our registrant portal. The CCP module will allow nurses to develop their professional growth plan directly through the portal, as well as submit the plan if they are selected for audit. Learn more about CCP here.

- January's practice support tool of is the CCP Guide for Nurses, which helps nurses learn more about the Continuing Competence Program and how to develop their professional growth plan in our registrant portal.
- A reminder that the Continuing Competence Program Audit will return in February. Those registrants who have been selected to participate will be notified on February 14, 2025.
- Have you read our RN Prescribing Competencies? RN Prescribers are accountable to possess the necessary competencies, which are grouped under 8 roles-based headings.
- Join an NSCN Regulatory Committee - from January 31 to February 28, LPNs, RNs, NPs and members of the public will have the opportunity to apply to fill committee vacancies for two Regulatory Committees. Application coming soon!
- Read our newly revised Sexual Misconduct Standard of Practice for Registrants, which helps nurses understand their accountabilities, legal and professional expectations regarding sexual misconduct.
